SureDone is seeking a driven SaaS E-Commerce Account Executive (B2B) to own and close new sales for our innovative platform that helps e-commerce sellers scale by automating and standardizing processes. This is a remote role for passionate, results-oriented hunters who thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are eager to build relationships, drive pipeline, and deliver win-win solutions for e-commerce businesses.

Job Overview
  • Lead the full outbound sales process from prospecting to closing new B2B accounts in the e-commerce sector.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to demonstrate SureDone's value to e-commerce businesses and marketplace sellers.
  • Work remotely but must be available during US business hours; occasional travel for trade shows or meetings required.
  • Contribute to the sales playbook and collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and engage e-commerce companies using outbound prospecting techniques.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leads through networking, calls, and presentations.
  • Deliver consultative product demonstrations and communicate SureDone’s unique value proposition.
  • Drive deals to close, ensuring a win-win outcome for both SureDone and the customer.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM.
  • Attend trade shows, association meetings, and other events as needed.
  • Regularly update and improve the sales playbook based on real-world experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or e-commerce sales, ideally with marketplace experience (eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
  • Strong outbound prospecting, networking, and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • High attention to detail with a solution- and process-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in startup, fast-paced, or remote environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools.
  • Technical knowledge of the auto/moto e-commerce sector is a plus.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel as needed and possess a valid passport.
  • Enthusiastic, ethical, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
