As the Director of Business Development for the Chicago & Midwest Region, you will be responsible for hunting, building, and closing target CFO clients. You will leverage your extensive network within the CFO and finance leader community to position CrossCountry as the go-to advisor for professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and C-Suite executives.
  • Leverage CFO networks to promote CrossCountry's advisory services.
  • Plan and host high-impact business development networking events.
  • Represent CrossCountry at industry events to enhance pipeline opportunities.
  • Track pipeline activity and report forecasts to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in business development targeting CFOs in professional services.
  • Extensive network across CFOs, finance leaders, and C-Suite in the Midwest Chicago region.
  • Proven track record as a hunter with experience in pipeline-building and securing new logos.
  • Deep understanding of the business development cycle, including planning, lead generation, and account planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
