The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for owning enterprise revenue targets on both a quarterly and annual basis. This role involves leading and developing a team of Directors, Managers, and senior Enterprise sellers while defining and evolving the enterprise sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own enterprise revenue targets quarterly and annually.
  • Lead and develop Directors, Managers, and senior Enterprise sellers.
  • Define and evolve enterprise sales strategy, segmentation, and coverage.
  • Establish rigor across forecasting, pipeline, deals, and execution cadence.
  • Drive enterprise account planning and multi-threaded deal strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align GTM, product adoption, and outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years selling complex SaaS to Enterprise.
  • 5+ years leading and scaling Enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record building predictable revenue in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise buying motions and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Translate platforms into strategic value for executives; executive presence required.
  • Fluency in MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, Sandler, Corporate Visions methodologies.
