The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for owning and growing strategic VAR partnerships across the assigned region. This role requires building a partner-sourced pipeline through joint account planning, tracking partner performance, and enabling partner sellers to identify opportunities within their customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow strategic VAR partnerships across your assigned region.
  • Build partner-sourced pipeline via joint account planning.
  • Track partner performance across pipeline, deal registrations, and revenue.
  • Lead quarterly partner business reviews and strategic planning.
  • Enable partner sellers to identify and position NetBrain opportunities within their customer base.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to execute targeted campaigns and demand generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise channel or partner sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline through VAR partners.
  • Experience developing joint business plans with strategic partners.
  • Strong understanding of partner business models (resale, services, and managed services).
  • Experience managing territory strategy, forecasting partner pipeline, and Salesforce reporting.
  • Willingness to travel within territory.
