As a Sr. Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an outbound pipeline through AI-powered prospecting. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain an outbound pipeline using AI-powered prospecting.
  • Proactively drive opportunities through strategic cold calling.
  • Manage and optimize AI agents across platforms to boost workflow.
  • Ensure brand-aligned AI outputs and monitor agent performance.
  • Collaborate with New Business Directors to close deals.
  • Spend 3+ hours daily on the phone while AI manages administrative tasks.
  • Engage with C-suite and VP-level executives through strategic emails.
  • Maintain pristine data in HubSpot CRM and facilitate effective handoffs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of outbound SDR experience with proven target achievement.
  • Curiosity about AI in sales and proficiency with AI tools beyond ChatGPT.
  • Able to write strategic emails.
  • Willing to collaborate across sales teams and embrace AI-forward products.
  • Experience in managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
