The Commercial SaaS Client Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting Customer Success and Client Sales teams during paid SaaS cycles. This position involves leading complex SaaS deals, driving upsells with existing clients, and conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Customer Success and Client Sales during paid SaaS cycles.
  • Lead complex deals in SaaS sales.
  • Drive SaaS upsell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers (CSEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Solution Consultants.
  • Develop strategic account plans to exceed sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales experience.
  • 1+ year of outbound prospecting experience.
  • Proven experience leading SaaS product demonstrations.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS products and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-velocity environments.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
  • Coachable with a strong desire to grow in sales.
  • Hybrid work environment in NYC with 3 in-office days per week; up to four weeks remote per year.
