We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for the Southern California region focusing on Enterprise sales. This role involves developing a comprehensive business plan to exceed sales goals while managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. You will help customers understand the value of Cribl and articulate our value proposition across all levels of the organization, from engineers to CxOs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from leads to closure.
  • Educate customers on Cribl's value proposition.
  • Forecast sales accurately and meet sales targets.
  • Work remotely, with potential duties outside standard hours across time zones.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in Enterprise security sales (SIEM/Observability).
  • Experience selling to IT personas, including CISO and CIO.
  • Background in early-stage startups or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually.
  • Familiarity with channel-led sales motions and demand creation in a territory.
  • Experience using the MEDDIC sales methodology.
