We are seeking a Director of Revenue Marketing to lead and scale our demand generation and field marketing team. This remote position offers the opportunity to own marketing's contribution to revenue and pipeline through effective funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end demand generation strategy including channels, audiences, and KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales, SDR, PMM, Content Marketing, and Marketing Ops to drive revenue outcomes.
  • Oversee vendor and agency relationships to coordinate marketing support.
  • Represent revenue marketing on the leadership team and align with go-to-market strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue marketing with a proven revenue impact.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MarTech tools including CRM, ABM, and attribution.
  • Experience with digital channels including paid media.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on experimentation to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
