The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success (CS) departments. This role aims to accelerate revenue growth through the use of AI and automation, while partnering with go-to-market (GTM) teams and executives to execute effective revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Accelerate revenue growth through AI and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams and executives to develop and implement revenue strategies.
  • Champion AI-enabled operations and promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Align stakeholders across various departments without direct authority.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
  • Hands-on experience with AI revenue tools such as Gong, Momentum, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Deep expertise in CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP), Business Intelligence (BI), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Customer Success (CS) tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Vitally, Metabase).
  • Strong analytical mindset for strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data into narratives for executives and the board.
