We are seeking a proactive Enablement Specialist based in Manila to engage leadership in planning onboarding and enablement initiatives. This role involves customizing content, delivering enablement programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of curriculums. The specialist will track productivity indicators and provide coaching to ensure mastery of skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with leadership to plan onboarding and enablement.
  • Customize content and deliver enablement programs with team members.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and propose adjustments.
  • Own productivity indicators; track pre/post evaluations and metrics.
  • Provide coaching to ensure skills are mastered.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding for 2 weeks, ensuring Day 1 access to Gong, Seismic, and CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in training/enablement with a track record in advanced sales and customer success.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes from working with sales teams.
  • Proven results in implementing enablement programs: needs analysis, development, deployment, evaluation (cloud/software).
  • Familiarity with Gong and Seismic; hands-on experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding logistics with IT, HR, and leadership.
  • Data-informed decision making with a customer-first approach.
