The Director of Revenue Operations will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and planning, overseeing territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning. This role involves managing the GTM tech stack and driving automation, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead GTM strategy, including territory design and quota setting.
  • Manage GTM technology stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft, and Clay.
  • Drive automation and manage forecasting processes.
  • Operationalize Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Build and manage the Deal Desk for contracts and pricing workflows.
  • Design and administer sales compensation plans.
  • Ensure CRM data quality and integrity through dashboards.
  • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and forecast processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build RevOps infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration.
  • Proficiency with modern GTM stack and AI tooling.
  • Strong analytical skills, SQL fluency, and BI tool experience.
  • Experience operationalizing PLG, including PQL scoring and routing.
  • Track record in designing sales compensation plans and engagement rules.
  • Experience in running forecasting processes and QBRs.
