We are seeking a National Partner Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy focused on SHI. This role is integral to driving customer acquisition and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the national SHI partner strategy.
  • Drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Build and own Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with revenue targets and pipeline.
  • Increase attach-rates of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and recurring services.
  • Lead and develop a team of Channel Account Managers.
  • Establish KPIs for pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner management.
  • Proven success managing large national partners (ideally SHI).
  • Experience leading teams and achieving revenue growth through indirect channels.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint and MDR/XDR.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with partner-first or channel-centric go-to-market strategies.
  • Remote-first with hybrid options available.
