The Partner Director for the Public Sector plays a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding strategic solution providers with established public sector practice areas. This position focuses on building a partner-sourced pipeline and meeting annual revenue goals by collaborating with top-tier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard strategic solution providers.
  • Build partner-sourced pipeline to meet revenue goals.
  • Design and execute lead-generation programs for public sector procurement.
  • Track sales activities and partner engagement using Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with marketing and enablement teams for go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop a national network of certified partner implementation specialists.
  • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in public sector events and conferences.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of partner management experience in enterprise software.
  • Strong focus on U.S. public sector markets.
  • Experience evaluating partner networks and establishing relationships.
  • Success in pipeline generation and quota attainment.
  • Familiarity with government procurement vehicles and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Cybersecurity and identity experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally.
  • Ideally resides in or near the Washington D.C. metro area.
