We are seeking a proactive Reseller Sales Specialist to join our team and take charge of identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new reseller partners across the EMEA region. This role will be pivotal in driving growth through distribution relationships and ensuring a swift onboarding process for our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit new reseller partners across EMEA.
  • Qualify prospective partners quickly and facilitate a fast time-to-first-deal.
  • Build a pipeline of new Huntress resellers.
  • Drive growth through Huntress distribution relationships, co-selling, and co-marketing.
  • Manage the first 90-180 days of the reseller partner journey.
  • Ensure resellers understand how to buy, quote, and transact efficiently via distribution.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years in channel sales, partner development, or distribution-led roles.
  • Proven track record in reseller recruitment and high-velocity sales.
  • Experience with EMEA distribution, preferably in tech, security, SaaS, or Microsoft.
  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape across SMB and Commercial segments.
  • Proven ability to recruit and activate resellers; existing relationships preferred.
  • SMB/Commercial mindset with a bias for action and execution.
