As a Senior Hardware Compliance Engineer, you will own and execute the hardware compliance strategy for new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement (CI). This role involves planning, coordinating, and conducting compliance testing for various regulatory standards such as FCC, CE, EMC, and RF.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with external labs and certification bodies.
  • Drive pre-compliance testing and early debugging to minimize risk.
  • Translate global regulatory requirements into engineering specifications.
  • Support Global Market Access for timely certifications across various markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in hardware compliance, regulatory engineering, or product certification.
  • Deep knowledge of FCC, CE, and global regulatory frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with EMC/RF testing, SAR, and certification processes.
  • Experience working with external labs and certification agencies.
  • Ability to debug compliance failures and collaborate on hardware design.
