We are seeking a Salon Sales Executive to build powerful, trusting relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees in the Mid-Atlantic region, specifically in Philadelphia and Washington, DC. This role involves managing both existing and new business development, with significant travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a strong funnel of potential new business.
  • Work closely with the Salon Director to support sell-in and sell-through strategies on a salon-by-salon basis.
  • Deliver high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes.
  • Launch new salons and retail accounts while achieving individual revenue goals.
  • Educate and consult with salon owners, managers, and stylists on new products.
  • Support retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Execute strategic education plans for salons in the assigned territory.
  • Promote and assist in executing regional and national business development and educational events.
  • Attend all company meetings and trainings, traveling up to 70% within the territory.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience.
  • Current experience selling into professional accounts within salon/health and wellness/cosmetics categories.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High sales drive with the ability to prospect and close new business.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
  • Service-oriented and adaptable to various personality types.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and adaptable to new programs like Slack and Salesforce.
