Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with AWS sales and customer success in the contact center space.
  • Identify new business opportunities and logos to drive expansion.
  • Utilize Salesforce for lead follow-up, task management, and sales forecasting.
  • Exceed sales quotas to help the company achieve its targets.
  • Act as a problem-solver, showcasing how NeuraFlash adds value to clients.
  • Present professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 25% to meet clients and foster relationships.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of software sales experience, preferably in AWS Amazon Connect.
  • 3+ years of experience closing multiple complex sales cycles.
  • Strong industry knowledge and an established AWS channel partner network.
  • Experience selling innovative solutions and upselling to existing accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, being a top performer.
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
