  • Identify risks, expansion opportunities, and provide product feedback.
  • Build scalable playbooks for onboarding, renewals, and regional rollouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Consulting.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS, preferably in MarTech or SEO platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, search behavior, and digital discovery.
  • Proficiency in GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
