As a Field Enablement Manager in Customer Success, you will be responsible for delivering engaging live and virtual enablement sessions for global Sales and Customer Success teams. This includes onboarding, ongoing training, and reinforcement programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging live and virtual enablement sessions.
  • Partner with CS and GTM leaders to identify performance trends and development needs.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum team to share field insights and validate program effectiveness.
  • Curate and adapt enablement materials for regional and segment-specific needs.
  • Design and facilitate reinforcement activities like deal clinics and workshops.
  • Track participation, collect feedback, and analyze results to measure effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, with a focus on field enablement and training delivery.
  • Experience supporting GTM teams in a SaaS or tech company is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
  • Foundational understanding of Datadog’s core product pillars (Infrastructure, APM, Logs).
