We are seeking a Senior Manager for our global Technical Account Management (TAM) team. This role involves delivering technical consultation, training, and paid services while collaborating closely with Sales and Enablement to develop go-to-market (GTM) assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global TAM team in delivering technical consultation, training, and paid services.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Enablement to build GTM assets, including Highspot documentation.
  • Own and optimize TAM templates and best practices.
  • Define and report monthly TAM metrics such as utilization, attach rates, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Forecast demand and capacity for TAM utilization.
  • Hire, train, and coach team members while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across leadership.
  • Engage in long-range planning to create integrated action plans.
  • Develop team capabilities and capacity to enhance enablement.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in relevant SaaS environments.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and executive-level communication abilities.
  • Experience in collaborating with Sales and Product teams to achieve results.
  • Ability to build cohesive, diverse teams through inclusive leadership.
  • Flexibility for remote or hybrid work options, with accommodations provided based on candidate needs.
