We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for our Annuities Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the annuities sales funnel and achieving revenue targets while leading a licensed sales and operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the annuities sales funnel and revenue targets.
  • Build and scale a licensed sales and operations team with established coaching rhythms.
  • Architect processes for licensing, suitability, rollovers, and commissions.
  • Utilize customer insights to shape product offerings, education, and electronic applications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies, leads, and scripts.
  • Establish coaching rhythms aimed at boosting close rates and customer trust.
  • Drive compliance in a quota-driven environment.
  • Forecast sales and analyze pipelines using CRM and telephony data.
  • Craft training materials and scripts to enhance team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7–12+ years of experience leading inside sales and operations teams.
  • Active Life & Annuity producer license with NAIC training.
  • Proven track record in selling annuities in compliance-heavy settings.
  • Mastery of the end-to-end annuity process: suitability, rollovers, funding, servicing.
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting and data translation into actionable insights.
  • Excellent coaching and writing abilities for script and training material creation.
