We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Supplier Sales team focused on new business acquisition. This role involves driving full-cycle new logo acquisition and collaborating across departments to shape sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team responsible for full-cycle new logo acquisition.
  • Shape sales execution and collaborate with various departments.
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, learning, and results.
  • Manage pipeline health, deal strategy, and coaching cadence.
  • Set and monitor pipeline metrics to drive revenue attainment.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-velocity business development team.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 6+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years leading a team.
  • Proven success in outbound sales and full-cycle new business.
  • Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions.
  • CRM fluency (Salesforce required) and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent; onsite 3 days/week.
