We are seeking a Vice President of SMB & Mid-Market Sales to drive our global revenue strategy and targets. You will lead a dynamic team of over 35 Account Executives and Business Development Representatives in a remote global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SMB and Mid-Market revenue strategies and targets.
  • Lead and manage a remote team of 35+ AEs and BDRs.
  • Design high-velocity sales playbooks to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy and maintain pipeline health through effective CRM management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to optimize Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and lead conversion.
  • Architect territory design and coverage for effective market penetration.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in leading managers.
  • Experience managing teams of 30-60+ in remote or hybrid setups.
  • Proven track record in building scalable and repeatable sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills in funnel optimization and conversion analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales technology stacks; data-driven mindset.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent; nonprofit tech/fintech experience is a plus.
