We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Strategic Accounts for the West region to lead our enterprise SaaS sales team. This role involves recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team while driving strategies to exceed sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing enterprise SaaS sales team.
  • Drive strategy to exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Build executive relationships with Global 1000 C-level leaders.
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and winning large, complex deals.
  • Align cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Ops, and Customer Success.
  • Coach teams in a solution-based, multi-group deal process.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated record of exceeding objectives leading enterprise SaaS teams.
  • Proven ability to drive land-and-expand growth in Global 1000 accounts.
  • Ability to engage Global 1000 C-level executives.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience, including second-line management of strategic software teams.
  • 10+ years in software with enterprise SaaS in the business applications domain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
