We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to generate opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and referrals. The ideal candidate will identify decision makers, confirm needs, and validate urgency before booking qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate opportunities via cold calling, emailing, and referrals.
  • Identify decision makers and confirm their needs.
  • Validate urgency before booking meetings.
  • Own follow-up and reschedule missed meetings to keep accounts warm.
  • Target growth in priority markets with outreach and targeted lists.
  • Travel 1-2 weeks per month for on-site market blitzes.
  • Deliver a clean hand-off to the local team with clear notes and next steps.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to close deals.
