The Global Alliances Director will be responsible for architecting strategic growth for alliance programs. This role involves leading partner-led revenue generation, orchestrating global account mappings, and enabling partner sales teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect strategic growth for alliance programs.
  • Lead partner-led revenue and pipeline generation.
  • Orchestrate global account mappings and proofs of concept (POCs).
  • Enable partner Systems Engineers and sales teams effectively.
  • Host events and present Rubrik's roadmap to partners.
  • Shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify, initiate, and close deals with account teams.
  • Forecast and engage in data-driven sales activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Domain expertise in data management, data protection, and storage markets.
  • Experience with alliance mastery and pipeline generation at scale.
  • Sales hunter mentality with a proven track record.
