Join our team as the Enterprise Threat Intelligence Lead within the Global Safety, Intelligence & Security department. In this pivotal role, you will lead and enhance our Security Intelligence Program, focusing on identifying and analyzing global threats including geopolitics, terrorism, and insider risks. Your expertise will be vital in producing timely intelligence products and executive summaries that inform our senior leadership and support crisis management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the vision, operating model, governance, and metrics for the Security Intelligence Program.
  • Identify and track global threats across various domains.
  • Produce timely intelligence reports and summaries for executive leadership.
  • Establish methodologies for collection and analysis, ensuring quality standards.
  • Brief senior leaders and support crisis management initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years in intelligence, security risk analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience in leading or building intelligence programs in corporate or government settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in security studies, international relations, political science, or a related field.
  • Proven management experience with a hands-on approach as an analyst/crisis advisor.
  • Strong ability to translate threat data into actionable guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills for briefing senior executives and influencing decisions.
