The Director of the Customer Health Center of Excellence (COE) will be responsible for building and owning the global customer health strategy. This role involves creating a unified definition of customer health that resonates across different regions and establishing governance frameworks that facilitate scalability on a global level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build the Global Customer Health COE and oversee health strategy.
  • Define a shared global definition of customer health across regions.
  • Create governance, rhythms, and metrics that scale globally.
  • Lead global customer journey mapping and align stakeholders.
  • Own the global Voice of Customer (VoC) strategy and synthesize feedback into an enterprise view.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights on trends, regional risks, and opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in customer success, CX, operations, or analytics in global organizations.
  • Proven success in building or scaling a COE or global CX program.
  • Deep experience with Gainsight and lifecycle analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead across regions, cultures, and matrixed teams.
  • Global mindset balancing standardization and regional flexibility.
  • Strong executive presence and proficiency in data-driven storytelling.
  • Commitment to fostering a global, customer-first culture.
  • Openness to remote/hybrid work options.
