We are seeking a strategic finance leader to drive B2B finance scale and rigor through effective forecasting and KPI dashboards. This role involves building financial infrastructure across B2B, including forecasting, variance analysis, and narratives, while leading consolidated planning across revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B finance scale and rigor with forecasting and KPI dashboards.
  • Build financial infrastructure across B2B, including forecasting, variance analysis, and narratives.
  • Lead consolidated planning across revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses.
  • Establish durable management reporting and executive-ready readouts.
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Finance Systems/Data to raise standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or related roles.
  • Deep experience with B2B subscription/usage-based models.
  • Expert multi-scenario P&L and cash flow modeling.
  • Strong financial judgment and accurate reporting.
  • Ability to craft decision-ready executive narratives.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • SQL experience or willingness to learn.
  • Curiosity about AI and scaling finance teams.
