As a Go-to-Market Engineer at SIMBA, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing our outbound infrastructure, enhancing our lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and sequencing processes. This position combines your technical skills with a strong foundation in GTM and RevOps, allowing you to implement cutting-edge AI tools for prospect research and outreach. Your contributions will directly influence our customer engagement and pipeline efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage SIMBA's outbound infrastructure.
  • Own and optimize the GTM stack including CRM and enrichment tools.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research and outreach.
  • Instrument and track top-of-funnel activities.
  • Evaluate and implement new AI and GTM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with outbound systems and enrichment pipelines.
  • Proficiency in GTM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure pipeline metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
