As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own your enterprise territory, focusing on building a robust pipeline and closing complex deals. Your role will involve engaging in outbound activities, conducting deep discovery sessions, and leveraging value storytelling to position Elastic as the premier cloud, observability, and security platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own your enterprise territory and drive pipeline growth.
  • Conduct outbound cadence through email, calls, and social media to generate over 50% of booked opportunities.
  • Perform deep discovery and qualification using the MEDDPICC framework to prioritize high-confidence deals.
  • Deliver compelling value storytelling and live demonstrations that align Elastic's capabilities with customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, and RevOps to expedite deal closures.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in closing enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification frameworks.
  • Expertise in outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification processes.
  • Strong ability to tell value stories and conduct outcome-mapped demos.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for multi-year, high-ACV deals.
  • Proficient in CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
