We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our new business enterprise SaaS sales team. This role involves recruiting, hiring, and developing a dynamic sales force to drive our strategy and achieve ambitious quarterly and annual goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and develop an enterprise SaaS sales team, including Regional Directors (RDS) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Drive strategy and lead the team to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships with C-level leaders.
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies along with product knowledge to win large deals.
  • Lead sales planning, methodology, forecasting, and coaching efforts.
  • Coach RDs and AEs through a multi-group, solution-based process to secure new logos.
  • Track record of exceeding objectives while leading enterprise SaaS teams across various segments.
  • Proven experience in land-and-expand strategies for account growth.
  • Engage effectively with C-level executives to demonstrate value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years in second-line management leading strategic software/SaaS teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in software, preferably in business applications.
  • Proficient in MEDDICC methodology.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience with enterprise-level sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
