As the Director of Sales at Crossix, you will be responsible for hiring and managing a team to grow business with new and existing accounts. You will need to meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets, provide strategic guidance on opportunities and sales cycles, and manage relationships with marketing, analytics, and C-level executives. Additionally, accurate sales forecast and pipeline management are crucial aspects of this role. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience selling digital media/advertising to Life Sciences or enterprise software, along with at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 3+ Account Executives in Life Sciences or software. Understanding the life sciences media measurement landscape and processes, as well as enterprise software sales cycles and strategies, is essential. A Bachelor's degree and excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal skills are also required.
