Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and identify new opportunities among customers and prospects.
  • Deliver value-based sales experiences and personalized outreach to strengthen client relationships.
  • Accurately forecast sales and retention metrics to management.
  • Utilize analytical thinking to provide feedback and identify best practices for lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies (BANT, meeting control, account development, time management).
  • Strong negotiation and procurement management skills.
  • 1+ year experience in Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, agile, and success-driven, with a collaborative team mindset.
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.) are a plus.
