We are seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to transform Adobe Analytics behavioral data into performance insights that drive marketing strategy. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, technical skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate Adobe Analytics behavioral data into performance insights across acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Connect cross-channel marketing performance into unified reporting narratives.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and executive reporting discussions.
  • Build end-to-end Power BI solutions including semantic modeling and DAX development.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics consulting.
  • 3+ years advanced Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, governance).
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills working with large-scale datasets.
  • Proven experience in data storytelling and visualization capabilities.
