As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for translating Adobe Analytics behavioral data into clear performance insights that enhance acquisition, engagement, and revenue strategies. Your expertise will enable the connection of cross-channel marketing performance into unified reporting narratives, leading to informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and executive reporting discussions to elevate marketing performance insights.
  • Build end-to-end Power BI solutions, including semantic modeling, DAX development, and visualization design.
  • Modernize fragmented reporting into scalable BI frameworks that serve as a trusted source of truth.
  • Write advanced SQL to transform and validate large-scale datasets.
  • Partner with data engineering teams across Snowflake, Azure, or BigQuery environments.
  • Define enterprise measurement frameworks and KPI standards while promoting data security best practices.
  • Lead client-facing analytics discussions with confidence and clarity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics consulting.
  • 3+ years advanced Power BI experience, including data modeling and DAX.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in large-scale datasets.
  • Proven ability to present insights to senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities.
