We are seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to spearhead analytics projects and collaborate with team members in delivering structured solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will excel at translating ambiguous client needs into actionable analytics using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics projects and collaborate with team members.
  • Translate client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and CJA.
  • Create insightful analysis, dashboards, and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Analyze user behavior to inform testing and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct customized training sessions and provide best-in-class documentation.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and results delivered.
  • Articulate complex ideas clearly in both speech and writing.
  • Exemplify good consulting skills and mentor team members.
  • Contribute to team improvement and community initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target and other AEP solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills and intellectual bandwidth.
