We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analytics Consultant to lead analytics projects and collaborate effectively with team members. The ideal candidate will translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, uncover insightful analysis, and create dashboards and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics projects and collaborate with team members.
  • Translate client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and CJA.
  • Create dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Analyze user behavior to inform testing and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct customized, hands-on training sessions and provide best-in-class documentation.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and results are delivered.
  • Articulate complex ideas clearly in both speech and writing.
  • Demonstrate good consulting skills and mentor team members.
  • Participate in community engagement through meet-ups and conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years of working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target is a plus.
  • Exposure to AEP solutions (RT-CDP, AJO) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated high intellectual bandwidth and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills for effective messaging.
