We are seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant specializing in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics to lead analytics projects and collaborate with team members. The ideal candidate will translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions, uncover insightful analysis, and create impactful dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics projects and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Uncover insightful analysis and create dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Report on Adobe Target experimentation and analyze user behavior to inform optimization opportunities.
  • Provide best-in-class documentation and conduct customized training sessions.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Exemplify good consulting skills and mentor team members.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and overcome technical and business challenges.
  • Volunteer suggestions for team improvement and contribute to community initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target and other AEP solutions (RT-CDP, AJO) is a plus.
