We are seeking an experienced Lead Analytics Consultant to spearhead analytics projects and collaborate effectively with team members. The ideal candidate will transform ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions utilizing Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Translate client needs into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Conduct insightful analyses and create dashboards using Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Report on experimentation and testing through Adobe Target.
  • Provide best-in-class documentation and conduct training sessions.
  • Analyze user behavior to optimize testing opportunities.
  • Mentor team members and exemplify strong consulting skills.
  • Contribute to community initiatives through meet-ups, blogs, and forums.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target and other AEP solutions is a plus.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • High intellectual bandwidth and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
