The Lead Analytics Consultant (CJA) will spearhead analytics projects and collaborate with team members to translate client needs into structured analytics solutions. Utilizing Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, the consultant will uncover insightful analysis, create dashboards, and report on user behavior to enhance digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics projects and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Uncover insightful analysis and create dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Report on Adobe Target experimentation and analyze user behavior for optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct customized training sessions and provide best-in-class documentation.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participate in community events and knowledge-sharing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target and other AEP solutions is a plus.
