The Lead Analytics Consultant (CJA) will spearhead analytics projects, collaborating effectively with team members to translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions utilizing Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analytics projects and provide insightful analysis.
Create dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
Report on Adobe Target experimentation and user behavior analysis.
Conduct customized training sessions and documentation.
Ensure clean data practices for successful digital marketing initiatives.
Meet client expectations and articulate complex ideas clearly.
Exemplify good consulting skills and mentor team members.
Contribute to team improvement initiatives and community engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an agency environment.
3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
Exposure to Adobe Target and other AEP solutions is a plus.
