The Lead Analytics Consultant (CJA) will spearhead analytics projects, translating client needs into structured analytics solutions. This role requires collaboration with team members, uncovering insightful analysis, and creating dashboards using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics projects and collaborate with team members.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Uncover insightful analysis and create dashboards in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Report on Adobe Target experimentation and analyze user behavior for optimization opportunities.
  • Provide best-in-class documentation and conduct customized training sessions.
  • Ensure clean data to empower successful digital marketing initiatives.
  • Articulate complex ideas clearly in speech and writing.
  • Exemplify good consulting skills, mentor team members, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to community initiatives through meet-ups, conferences, and blogs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target and other AEP solutions (RT-CDP, AJO) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and lead team initiatives.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to participate in community engagement.
