As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you will lead analytics projects and collaborate effectively with team members to translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uncover insightful analysis and create dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Report on Adobe Target experimentation and testing, analyzing user behavior to inform testing and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide best-in-class documentation and enablement, conducting highly customized training sessions.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and results are delivered while articulating complex ideas clearly.
  • Exemplify good consulting skills, mentor team members, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target and other AEP solutions (RT-CDP, AJO) is a plus.
