As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you will spearhead analytics projects, translating ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions utilizing Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics. Your expertise will uncover insightful analyses, create dashboards, and generate reports that inform testing and optimization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics projects and collaborate with team members.
  • Translate client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and CJA.
  • Create insightful analyses, dashboards, and reports in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Analyze user behavior to guide testing and optimization strategies.
  • Conduct customized training sessions and provide best-in-class documentation.
  • Ensure clean data practices to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Meet client expectations and deliver impactful results.
  • Articulate complex ideas clearly in speech and writing.
  • Exemplify strong consulting skills and mentor team members.
  • Contribute to community initiatives like meet-ups and conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target and other AEP solutions is a plus.
  • Strong intellectual bandwidth and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills and effective messaging.
  • Willingness to volunteer suggestions for team improvement.
  • Participation in community initiatives is encouraged.
