We are seeking a dynamic BD Manager to drive growth by overseeing the end-to-end commercial capture process. The ideal candidate will lead customer discovery and lead generation to identify opportunities, collaborating with Mission Engineering and Product to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage active pipeline opportunities and accelerate deal velocity with Mission Architecture.
  • Implement qualification criteria and ROM pricing for standard deals.
  • Deliver market sizing and customer insights for next-generation verticals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant technical experience in aerospace.
  • 5+ years of direct business development or sales experience.
  • Experience in full lifecycle business development: lead generation, discovery, capture, proposals.
  • Proven track record of managing complex external relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills across all levels.
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce with technical experience.
  • U.S. Person status due to ITAR/EAR compliance.
