Join JumpCloud as a Tier 1 Customer Support Engineer, where you will provide world-class technical support to our customers in a remote working environment. JumpCloud is an AI-powered IT management platform that secures the modern workforce by consolidating identity, device, and access management. In this role, you will assist customers via multiple channels and resolve complex technical issues swiftly, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues via email, phone, chat, or remote web sessions.
  • Manage a queue of support tickets for high-priority technical issues.
  • Collaborate with peers and escalate issues as necessary for effective resolution.
  • Maintain a technical understanding of the JumpCloud platform.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance team knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a technical, customer-facing position, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Apple and Linux platforms.
  • Experience with LDAP and RADIUS technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
