We are seeking a dedicated Manager for our Starlink Enterprise Account Management team to oversee channel operations and enhance partner experiences. This role is pivotal in establishing metrics, designing workflows, and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive efficiency and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and track metrics on activation speed, billing accuracy, revenue, and partner satisfaction.
  • Design scalable workflows, tools, and automation to achieve weekly activation targets.
  • Identify operational friction and convert findings into documented improvements for engineering.
  • Standardize playbooks, templates, and handoffs for improved cross-functional execution.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives on pricing, onboarding, and billing in partnership with Finance.
  • Collaborate with Sales to define channel strategy and partner tiers.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in operations, account management, or channel programs.
  • 4+ years of collaboration with commercial partners or customers on tech products.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored for executive audiences.
  • Experience in high-growth tech, telecom, or enterprise sales environments.
  • Player-coach mindset; able to balance leadership with hands-on onboarding.
