As the Senior Sales Manager for the Digital Native Strategic team, you will lead the sales efforts in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on driving revenue and building brand presence. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SF Bay Area Digital Native sales team.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy and partner plans for the region.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and field sales to close deals.
  • Build and hire the regional Digital Native Network (DNN) team through global recruiting.
  • Represent Cloudflare at events, conferences, and PR initiatives.
  • Own regional operations, escalations, and policy compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct B2B selling experience to large enterprise accounts.
  • 3+ years of direct sales management experience for an Enterprise team.
  • Experience mentoring teams and selling to C-suite executives.
  • Deep understanding of IaaS, networking, security, and AI technologies.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
