We are seeking a highly motivated Associate/Middle Business Development Manager specializing in AI and Cloud Solutions. This role involves sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities in North America, building and managing a diverse client pipeline, and engaging with prospects through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
  • Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound channels.
  • Coordinate discovery and qualification conversations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to close deals.
  • Attend events, conferences, and client meetings (travel 30%).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years in sales or business development in consulting/services-led settings.
  • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
  • Experience selling technology services and negotiating with clients.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable.
  • Comfortable working with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
